DERIC CARNER received an MFA from the Piet Zwart Institute, Rotterdam, NL, an MA from the University of Plymouth UK and a BFA from the University of California at Santa Cruz, CA. Recent solo shows include Touch Railing at Trestle Projects, Bot Friend at FOUR A.M. and Stay, just for a little while at Romer Young Gallery, San Francisco. Group shows include at Kuir Bogota, NurtureArt, Louis B James, EFA Project Space, Australian Centre for Contemporary Art, Participant Inc., Spazio A, Queen's Nails Projects, Southern Exposure, Witte de With and CAC Vilnius. He is the recipient of a MacDowell Fellowship, a SFAC Grant and an Artists Space Independent Project Grant.
